On Tuesday, January 7, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco in partnership with the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will co-host the “Japan-Nevada Collaboration Event & Reception at CES 2025,” .

This public event is designed to foster meaningful ties between Japanese and Nevadan businesses, CES attendees from all over world, and the greater Nevada community.

The event will shine a spotlight on the dynamic partnerships forming between Japan and Nevada, with a special focus on the upcoming Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, Japan. There will be presentations from GOED and from prominent Japanese tech leaders Konami Gaming, Sega Sammy Creation, Hitachi, and Panasonic, showcasing cutting-edge technologies in gaming, energy, electronics and more. Attendees will also get a sneak peek into MGM’s plan to develop a world-class resort and casino in Osaka.

The event will be followed by a reception with food and Japanese sake where attendees can celebrate the beginning of 2025 while connecting with community members and CES attendees.

Though this event is coinciding with CES, attendees do not need a CES ticket to attend. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to witness firsthand the future of Japan-Nevada tech and business collaboration!
