Fireside chat with Mr. Glen S. Fukushima and Mrs. Sakie Tachibana-Fukushima
On Friday, January 31, Consul General Yo Osumi attended and gave remarks at Keizai Silicon Valley’s New Year’s reception, celebrating the organization’s 35th anniversary.
At the event, Mr. Glen Fukushima, Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress, and Mrs. Sakie Tachibana-Fukushima, CEO of G&S Global Advisors, received this year’s Keizai Silicon Valley Distinguished Achievement Award. The awardees gave remarks, participated in a fireside chat, and took part in a kagami-biraki (sake cask-opening) ceremony.
