Osaka High School Student Delegation and Consul General
On Monday, March 17, a delegation of high school students and chaperones from Osaka City visited the Consulate General. Consul General Yo Osumi answered to the students’ questions and encouraged them to make the most of their stay to deepen understanding for foreign country in San Francisco. The student delegation exchange program between San Francisco and Osaka has been organized by the San Francisco Osaka Sister City Association since 1986, and in recent years with the support of SOYNET (San Francisco Osaka Youth Connect).
This year, students from Osaka will be hosted by George Washington High School and foster relationships with their San Francisco counterparts.
