On Monday, January 12, Consul General Kotaro Otsuki attended Japan Night 2026, a networking event for healthcare industry professionals with interest in Japan, held in parallel with the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco. Nearly 400 people attended this event, which was co-hosted by Link-J, Japan Society of Northern California, CMIC Group and Digital Garage.
Consul General Otsuki kicked off the event with opening remarks, followed by remarks from representatives of Link-J, CMIC, and JSNC. Afterwards, the event opened into a networking session where Link-J and CMIC representatives welcomed guests to their booths, and healthcare, life sciences, biotech, and other medical professionals from around the world bonded over their connections to Japan.
