JCCNC’s New Year’s Party 2026

On Saturday, January 17, Consul General Kotaro Otsuki attended the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Northern California’s 71st annual New Year’s Party. During the event, JCCNC President Kazuhiro Gomi congratulated JCCNC members for their special achievements this year. In particular, he highlighted Steven Teraoka, former president of JCCNC, and the Japanese American Museum of San Jose; both received the Japanese Foreign Minister’s Commendation for 2025. Afterwards, Consul General Otsuki thanked JCCNC for their continued partnership in strengthening Japan-California business ties and expressed excitement for future joint collaborations. There was a special performance this year by singer Crystal Kay.
