2026 Clean-up Day at the Japanese cemetery in Colma

On Saturday, May 16, the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC) organized its annual Clean-Up Day at the Japanese Cemetery in Colma, California. Consul General Kotaro Otsuki and his staff participated in the event, cleaning up the cemetery alongside other volunteers from the Japanese and Japanese American community.
 
By cleaning the graves and grounds, participants showed their deep respect for those at rest there.
