Iwa Daiko expressing the range of taiko styles and sounds
On Thursday, July 23, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco, in partnership with the 2023 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival, presented a lunchtime concert performance of Japanese drumming and folk music featuring Iwa Daiko from Sacramento. Consulate staff also distributed materials on travel in Japan, Japanese culture, the JET Program, and studying in Japan.
