On Sunday, July 26, Consul General Kotaro Otsuki joined the 95th San Francisco Bon Odori, organized by the Buddhist Church of San Francisco in San Francisco Japantown. During the dancing, Consul General Otsuki spoke to attendees, thanking the community for its efforts to preserve traditions and coming together to honor ancestors.
