Consul General Yamada’s Courtesy Calls on California Government Officials

On May 27 and 28, Consul General Jun Yamada paid courtesy calls on California government officials in Sacramento. He greeted Governor Jerry Brown at the breakfast reception hosted by the California Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he met California High-Speed Rail Authority Chief Executive Officer Jeff Morales, California Environmental Protection Agency Secretary Matt Rodriquez, and California Seismic Safety Commission Executive Director Dick McCarthy in order to discuss the current status and future of California-Japan relations.
