2015 JET Program Participants Send-Off Reception

On July 31, Consul General Jun Yamada hosted a send-off reception for the new participants of the JET program at his official residence. At the reception, 129 new JET participants shared their goals and excitement with JET alumni and the community members.
On the following day, the new JET participants left San Francisco to Japan, and headed to their designated prefecture after attending the orientation in Tokyo.
