Consul General’s Commendation Awarded to Mrs. Fusako Hoyrup, Wafu School of Ikebana

On Saturday, October 24th, the Wafu School of Ikebana, California Chapter held its 45th Annual Flower Show and celebratory banquet in Cupertino. During the banquet, in light of her outstanding contributions in promoting friendship between the United States and Japan and increasing regional appreciation of Japan through ikebana, the Wafu School of Ikebana, California Chapter founder and president, Mrs. Fusako Hoyrup was presented with the Consul General’s Commendation by Consul General Yamada.
