On Tuesday, November 17th, Consul General Yamada visited the office of former Secretary of State George P. Schultz at Stanford University. Consul General Yamada spoke with Mr. Schultz about US-Japan relations and the state of affairs in the Pacific region. Mr. Schultz expressed his particular interest in the current state of the Japanese economy and the challenges it faces.
