Conferment Ceremony of the Foreign Minister’s Commendation to Ms. Nobuko Saito Cleary

On Thursday, February 11th, Consul General Yamada conferred Ms. Nobuko Saito (President and Founder of Cross-Cultural Communications) the Foreign Minister’s Commendation in honor of the 70th anniversary of the end of the war at the Consul General’s official residence. Ms. Saito was conferred for her contribution in promoting Japanese business in America and Japanese culture and understanding on Japan.
