School Visit Program at Rosa Parks Elementary School

On Wednesday, March 2, two staff members from the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco visited Rosa Parks Elementary School in San Francisco to give a presentation on Japanese culture. For their presentation, they gave a traditional Japanese storytelling performance using a portable kamishibai stage and presented the Japanese folktale, "How the Witch was Eaten Up" The children all listened intently to the storytelling and really enjoyed the performance.
