On Monday, June 20, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco, in partnership with the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco, hosted a lecture as part of its JAPAN FOOD SERIES.
Mr. Jake Myrick, Co-Founder of Sequoia Sake, San Francisco’s first craft sake brewery, was invited to speak for the second lecture of the series. He shared the appeal of sake, explained the detailed process of making sake, and gave insight into the sake market in the United States.
