On Thursday, July 14th, the Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco, in partnership with the Commonwealth Club of California, hosted a lecture as part of its JAPAN FOOD SERIES. Mr. Matt Cohen, Founder of Off the Grid, was the final speaker of this three-part series.
