U.S. research grant recipients and nominators, guests and the Okawa Foundation’s members
On Thursday, September 22, Consul General Jun Yamada attended the 2016 research grant ceremony by the Okawa Foundation. The Okawa Foundation has awarded over $10,000 in research grants to researchers in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) since 1996. Consul General Yamada presented the Consul General’s Commendation to the Okawa Foundation for their contributions to the development of ICT and for promoting friendship between the United States and Japan.
