Panel Discussion on Empowering Women in Leadership in Japan and the U.S.

On Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4, The Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco, in partnership with Asia Society Northern California and the University of California, Berkeley, presented two panel discussions on empowering women.
The themes were “Mind the Gap: Gender Equality in Japan and the U.S.” at the Asia Society and ”Women in Leadership” at UC Berkeley. Ms. Kaori Sasaki, Founder and CEO of ewoman, Inc., delivered a keynote speech at each event and participated in the panel discussions. Both panelists and audiences enjoyed the animated discussions.
